Description: The two master bedroom suites have private bath and each has a king bed. The other two guest rooms share a full bath and one bedroom has a king while the other has two twin beds.The fourth shower is outside the house for washing off sand when returning from beach. All bedrooms have a view of the ocean. |

Check Out 12:00 Noon. A 3 night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is two people per bedroom. For more than eight guests, prior approval required and additional charges apply. Cancellations and Refunds: Holiday bookings requires full payment for Christmas and New Years and no refund for cancellation at anytime for any reason. Cancellation for other times is 50% for 61-90 days notice. No refund for 0-60 days. If we re-rent the house, regardless of notification period a 100% refund is made. Deposits: 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance, plus $400.00 security deposit, due 90 days prior to arrival. |
